HOSPITALITY

Our hospitality team is responsible for delivering elite hospitality and service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, scooping and serving ice cream, working a register, and maintaining cleanliness of our shop. The ideal hospitality team member is outgoing, honest, works well as part of a team, and has a strong work ethic. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

PASTRY

Our pastry team creates all of our delicious ice cream completely from scratch! Tasks include producing and processing ice cream and related products, baking cookies and other baked goods, and maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen. The ideal pastry team member is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Kitchen experience is not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

DElivery & logistics

Our delivery & logistics role is a part-time position. Responsibilities include delivering ice cream to our Homewood and Huntsville locations, coordinating orders from our wholesale accounts, managing inventory, and ordering supplies. Candidates must be able to lift 15 pounds; a driver’s license is also required. The ideal candidate for this position is a great communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality.

Director of hospitality

Our Director of Hospitality oversees hospitality team members across all three locations. The position is based in Birmingham, but includes some travel to Huntsville. Night and weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys working with people, is an experienced leader, and communicates effectively.
